Welcome to MintingM (“Platform”), a product of MintingM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using MintingM, you (“User”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Use and Disclaimer (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

MintingM is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• AI-driven model portfolios
• Market screeners
• Macro-economic and asset allocation dashboards
• Data analytics and visualization tools

The Platform is designed for informational, research, and educational purposes only.

2. No Investment Advice

All content available on MintingM, including model portfolios, asset allocation strategies, signals, rankings, insights, market views and analytics are purely algorithmic and informational in nature.

They do not constitute:

• Investment advice
• Financial planning advice
• Portfolio management services
• Any form of personalized recommendation

Use of the Platform does not create an advisor-client relationship.

3. Model Portfolio Disclaimer (Critical Section)

MintingM may display model portfolios based on quantitative models and predefined strategies. You acknowledge that:

• These portfolios are not tailored to your financial situation, risk profile, or investment objectives
• They are indicative frameworks, not recommendations
• Any allocation decisions taken by you are entirely at your own discretion

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All investment decisions
• Evaluating risks associated with any investment
• Verifying the suitability of any strategy

We strongly recommend consulting a registered financial advisor where appropriate.

5. Risk Disclosure

Investing in financial markets involves substantial risks, including loss of capital, market volatility, liquidity constraints, and macroeconomic and geopolitical risks.

6. AI & Data Disclaimer

MintingM uses AI/ML models and third-party data sources. You acknowledge that:

• Outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate
• Models may be affected by bias, overfitting, or changing market dynamics
• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or erroneous

We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or reliability.

7. No Guarantee of Returns

MintingM does not guarantee returns or profits, capital protection, or outperformance of any benchmark. All outcomes are uncertain and subject to market conditions.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate or display data from third-party providers. MintingM is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data, actions or services of external platforms, or any losses arising from reliance on such data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on MintingM, including algorithms, models, portfolio frameworks, UI/UX and dashboards are the intellectual property of MintingM. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content, reverse engineer or replicate the platform, or use outputs for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Subscription & Payments

• Access to certain features requires a paid subscription
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintingM shall not be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses, investment decisions made using the Platform, or data inaccuracies or system downtime. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, restrict usage, or modify or discontinue features at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
